Legal Disclaimer (Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008)
Eduvate Learning provides digital educational content and services through a subscription-based model. In accordance with Section 42 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), consumers have the right to cancel certain transactions entered into electronically. However, Section 42(2)(c) excludes digital content and services that are delivered immediately or accessed upon payment from refund obligations, provided the consumer was informed of this limitation prior to purchase.
By subscribing to Eduvate Learning, you acknowledge and agree that:

You waive your right to cancel the subscription under the CPA once access has been granted.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Eduvate Learning does not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for unused time or dissatisfaction with content. -
No exceptions apply for early cancellation, non-usage, or change of mind.

Access remains valid for the full duration of the subscription term, regardless of usage.

Discretionary goodwill refunds:
In rare cases where Eduvate Learning identifies a clear error or inconvenience caused by our platform, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill refund or credit. This is not an obligation and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our decision in such matters is final.
